The Playday project, led by South District Somerset Council (SSDC), was an innovative initiative aimed at providing play and cultural opportunities to all children and families, particularly those from low-income backgrounds.
For this project I worked on a range of promotional media including social graphics, posters, videos, and TikToks and event pages to engage audiences both online and at physical events.
I visited the events to capture photos, videos, and TikToks, which were used to follow up on socials and promote future events.
The Playday events, held during the summer holidays, attracted over 14,000 visitors, offering diverse activities that facilitated learning through play.
